Adult service and clinical independence

The service is limited to adult patient applicants. A licensed clinician independently determines whether to issue a certification. Payment, scheduling, or administrative assistance does not guarantee certification or a State of Illinois decision.

State-controlled process

Illinois controls program eligibility, fees, review, approval, access instructions, and processing time. Peace of Mind MMJ does not promise an outcome or turnaround time and is not a dispensary or legal-advice service.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect sign-in links and devices, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

• Do not use another person's identity or submit altered documents.
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, or bypass access controls.
• Use secure portal messaging for sensitive information.

Fees, records, and corrections

Published service fees and applicable state fees must be reviewed before authorization. Payment entries are retained as accounting records; corrections are recorded with reversals or adjustments rather than deleting the original entry.
