The listed service fee covers the certification evaluation and the included administrative support. Illinois registry fees are separate. A clinician certification decision, state approval, and timing are never guaranteed.
Note: the State of Illinois charges its own separate registry fee (paid to the state, not to Peace of Mind MMJ). You can confirm the current state fee on the Illinois medical cannabis patient registry.
